Technical Capacity (T1)
Two questions regarding technical solvency (T1): -Are projects conducting large-scale surveys carried out in a single country (only national surveys), are admitted as similar projects, being the sample size is similar to that of this tender? - Are international transport and mobility projects that include conducting surveys, even if these do not involve a number as high as that required for this tender, considered similar projects? Thanks.

- Projects involving large-scale surveys of similar size and complexity (number of completed interviews, sampling strategy design), either national or international are considered to meet technical capacity criterion T1. - International transport and mobility projects involving surveys with smaller sample sizes do not meet technical capacity criterion T1.
