Could you please explain how subscribers need to clarify in their Requests to Participate that they have experience in applying for security clearance for staff?

In section 5.3.2. “Technical and professional capacity” of the Pre-qualification Document the requested proof is “Tenderers must show that they have experience in applying for security clearance for staff.” Europol recognises that there may be different ways of showing this. An example may be a signed statement from the tenderer describing it’s experience in applying for security clearance for staff.
