In page 18 of the tender specifications, it is listed that the contractor shall provide secretarial assistance and reproduction of documents (specific documents delivered during the event). By ‘reproduction’ are you referring to printing of the documents? Could you confirm which specific documents? Can we consider that they are restricted to the workshop programme, local and practical information for the workshop, participants list and specific material to be used by participants to the parallel sessions?
