Contract I.12. Guarantee
Within the Draft supply contract Chapter I.12 Guarantee it is stated: “… Notwithstanding Article II.4.14 the goods shall be guaranteed against all defects in manufacture or materials for one year starting from delivery and acceptance of the requested supplies by signature of the Certificate of Conformity by the Commission…” Could we assume that the warranty claims are only related to unused and uncontaminated filaments (like dead on arrival)?
