Do we state correctly that potential subcontractors only need to fill in the refferences that are on their field of expertise? If not could you please specify?

The candidate may rely on the capacity of the subcontractors as explained in the ‘Instructions and conditions applicable to Eurojust procurement procedures’ (Section 4of that document). Documentation related to the technical and professional capacity of the subcontractor should be provided to the extent of the activities that will be subcontracted.
