Regarding 3 A.2.5 Mandatory technical requirements in the technical specifications document
Regarding 3 A.2.5 Mandatory technical requirements it states that the bidder should be able to deliver press clippings in PDF. Regarding this we would like you to clarify whether delivering text material (xml) to the EPMM with clickable links to the bidders own protected system in order for the user to access the PDF directly from the bidders system (instead of EPMM) fulfill the requirement. Please otherwise state clearly if it is mandatory for these pdf to be uploaded, stored and saved on the EPMM.
