Could you please clarify if the cost of the presence of a coordinator at the event - regardless of the location (if requested by EUIPO, at the preparatory meeting) has to be charged separately (part B financial form, 1. staff) or has this cost to be considered into the Management fee (section A of the Financial Form)? Nos puede confirmar si el coste de la presencia del coordinador a los events- independiente de la ubicación (y pedido por la EUIPO en la reunión preparatoria) tiene que estar facturado separado (en parte B de la oferta financiero- personal) o tiene que estar previsto en el coste de gestión (parte A de la oferta financiero)?

The cost of the event coordinator is included in Part A (please see point 5.3 of Annex II). The costs related to sending the coordinator outside EUIPO and local area (travel, DA and accommodation for example) will be charged at cost. El coste del coordinador de eventos está incluido en la Parte A (lean el apartado 5.3 del Anexo II). Los gastos relativos al desplazamiento del coordinador de eventos fuera de la EUIPO y área local (viajes, dietas y alojamiento por ejemplo) serán facturados sin recargo alguno.
