Our company is dealing and tendering for operator contracts on Copernicus and Galileo and we would like to know any potential conflict of interest if we team up within a European consortium

The existence of conflict of interest will be checked each time a new specific contract is concluded. If a consortium is found to be in a conflict of interest, the specific contract will be entrusted to the next ranked contractor on the merit list. Please be reminded that the framework contract to be awarded is in "cascade", consequently there will be 3 economical operators invited to sign it. Note that the answer provided to the previous posted question is complementary applicable.
