Point 2) in question 8 refers to where in the administrative part of the tender Annex VII should be included. The reply is 'in Section 2, next to the documents for the financial selection criteria'. Do you confirm that the reply should be 'in Section 3' instead of Section 2, as Section 2 is for the exclusion criteria?

Yes, the Annex VII should be in Section 3 of the Administrative part.
