The deadline for asking clarification questions is Sunday 21st October at 23:59. Could we please ask for the deadline to be extended in order to allow more time to ask questions if needs be?

Unfortunately, the deadline for submitting questions can not be extended. The timeline provided in section 7.1 of Annex 4 is applicable.
