Annex 1 - Part 1 Administrative Annex seciton 1.3.2. specifies 'Subcontracting is the situation where the contractor enters into legal commitments with other economic operators which will perform part of the contract on its behalf'. Would you consider hosting the Root CA solution into a 3rd Party datacenter while the contractor still operating it be a subcontrating case?

The hosting of the Root CA solutions into a 3rd party datacentre is a case of subcontracting. Moreover, we would like to draw your attention to the provisions of Annex I Part 2 Technical specifications, chapter 2.1. where it is indicated that the services should remain on the territory of the Member States of the European Union.
