Questions concerning Requirements
On page 12 there are user registration requests and subscription request. Is there a difference between the two scenarios?

The user registration request scenario shall be designed to process user requests for the CD TEXP itself while the subscription scenario shall be designed to process subscription requests for specific courses/training events/exercises managed in the CD TEXP. A course subscriber need not be a user of the TEXP but the subscriber data is entered by a CD TEXP authorized user.
