Request for clarification
The demonstrator is compound of four different materials : Software, Hardware, 3D Databases, Training Scenarios. At the end of the Framework contract : • Will the 3D virtual terrain databases property have to be totally transferred to the contracting authority, or can they be both propriety of contracting authority and contractor ?

There is flexibility for shared ownership of IPR of the scenarios developed for the system. This would extend to the 3D virtual terrain databases, although any IPR of specific tactical lessons learned etc. would be retained by EDA on behalf of the Member States.
