Incoherence between Section 3.5.4.3 (Corrigendum to the Tender Specifications) and Annex 4.6 Model Financial Proposal Form
Section 3.5.4.3 (Corrigendum to the Tender Specifications), states that: "Tenders presenting a price superior to the maximum amount of: € 350 000 for all tasks related to Phase I (WP1 & 2) € 150 000 for all tasks related to Phase II (WP 3) € 150 000 for all tasks related to Phase II (WP 4) shall be automatically excluded from the rest of the assessment procedure." However Annex 4.6 Model Financial Proposal Form states that: "TOTAL PRICE (A*1+B*1+C*1) EXCLUDING VAT: Financial proposals exceeding the maximum amount of: EUR 350 000 for A*1+B*1 EUR 150 000 for B*1 EUR 150 000 for C*1 shall be excluded outright." Please clarify which is the correct maximum amount for PhaseI (WP1&2)

In the Annex 4.6 Model Financial Proposal Form. Instead of: "TOTAL PRICE (A*1+B*1+C*1) EXCLUDING VAT: Financial proposals exceeding the maximum amount of: EUR 350 000 for A*1+B*1 EUR 150 000 for B*1 EUR 150 000 for C*1 shall be excluded outright." Read : "TOTAL PRICE (A*1+B*1+C*1) EXCLUDING VAT: Financial proposals exceeding the maximum amount of: EUR 350 000 for A*1 EUR 150 000 for B*1 EUR 150 000 for C*1 shall be excluded outright."
