Annex VII - Simplified Presentation

We understand that Annex VII has to be calculated on the cumulated values for the last two years for which accounts have been closed. In other words, each tenderer (and, in case, each consortium member) is required to submit only one Annex VII form. Are we correct?

Annex VII should be provided for the last year for which accounts have been closed. Paragraph: Tenderers (and in case of a consortium, the consortium leader and the consortium members) are also requested to fill in the 'simplified balance sheet' and the 'simplified profit and loss accounts' enclosed in the 'Simplified Presentation' form in Annex VII for the last 2 years for which accounts have been closed. Is replaced by paragraph: Tenderers (and in case of a consortium, the consortium leader and the consortium members) are also requested to fill in the 'simplified balance sheet' and the 'simplified profit and loss accounts' enclosed in the 'Simplified Presentation' form in Annex VII for the last year for which accounts have been closed.
