3.7.2. Quality Criteria 2 and 3: case studies/simulated Request for Services
Dear Sir/Madam, We urgently need an answer concerning the question below (sent on 23.05.2017) as we would take a decision in this respect. Please could you reply at your earliest convenience? - On page 25 of the Terms of Reference, the "Simulated Request for Services 1" lists two alternative option, namely a) Study supporting evaluation of Directive 2002/46/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 10 June 2002 on the approximation of the laws of Member States relating to food supplements; and b) Study supporting evaluation of EU seed marketing requirements (Directive 2010/60/EU; Directive 2009/145/EC; Directive 2008/62/EC and specific legislation).
