Evidence relating to selection criteria: Economic and financial capacity
Pytanie
Please could you kindly clarify if this evidence is required only for the tender leader or all subcontractors will need to provide this as well? According to the checklist on 6.7, sub-contractors are not required to do so but in 4.2.3, it reads as if the subcontractors are required to submit proof of their economic and financial capacity.

Subcontractors (in the meaning of subcontracting defined under point 2.6 of the call for tender) are not bound to submit the evidence of economic and financial capacity.
