Regarding the evidence requested in point e) on page 56 of the Tender Specifications, could you please clarify the meaning of technicians and technical bodies involved? Further, we understand that the team and human resources available to carry out the tasks should be described as part of the technical offer, is the tenderer expected to summarise the same for the selection criteria?

The technicians and technical bodies involved are the persons of companies (internal or external) permitting you to ensure a good level of performance in human resources and IT management, in quality control, in access to information etc The technical and professional capacity of the tenderers in terms of human resources is evaluated under the selection criteria, please follow the instructions in tender specifications (section 5.2.1 and 5.2.3 ) For the technical offer, the composition of the team, which will be implementing the project must be described in terms of profiles (singled out by function) , as indicated in section 4.2.4.
