Page 35 of ToR, with regards to Task 6.2, states: “Organisation of 6 joint meetings of the Member States Boards (approximately two meetings per year for about 45 participants from both Member States Boards in total, usually to be organised in Brussels); - Catering and reimbursement of travel and accommodation costs for the members of both (about 45 members in total);” When it is said "In Brussels", do you mean "at EC premises or EU institution premises"? If the venue is another one, are these external costs to rent the venue covered by the Contractor?

Member States Boards meetings might be organised at EC premises in Brussels if available. As stated on page 39 of the technical specifications of the Call for tenders, for all the aforementioned workshops, Member States Board meetings, policy seminars, etc., the Contractor shall cover the costs of the venue and catering as well as the travel and accommodation costs for the experts.
