Financial identification form
Dear Sir/Madam, Regarding the financial identification form could you please confirm that the form does not have to be signed by the bank if it is accompanied by a bank statement, according to what is written in the form (“It is preferable to attach a copy of RECENT bank statement. (…) With an attached statement, the stamp of the bank and the signature of the bank's representative are not required.”) and contrary to what is said in Annex 1 “Please note that you must have this form also signed and stamped by your bank.” Thank you very much in advance for your reply.
