Clarification about how to best integrate UK partners in the bid - new tender Ref. ENV.D.2/SER/2018/0019
Dear Sirs, With respect to the rules of participation (1.1) on the new tender Ref. ENV.D.2/SER/2018/0019, that lay out specific conditions for British candidates or tenderes, I would like to ask how is it best to integrate UK partners in the proposal? Can they be members of a consortium (partners at the same level) or is it better that they are subcontractors? Any guidance would be deeply appreciated. Thank you.

At the moment it is business as usual until we are notified of a change in procedures. Contracts will continue to be signed with UK entities even if the duration of the contract runs over the March 2019 deadline.
