Fit with EIF creative vision
In the terms of reference (Annex 4), under the award criteria, the “team proficiency” will be evaluated on the basis of the following criteria "Fit with EIF creative vision”. Where can we find information about the EIF’s creative vision? In the terms of reference, it seems there are only instructions about an ability "to work in close collaboration with the EIF, understanding needs and considering EIF’s recommendations with regard to the creative direction, as applicable” or “to incorporate creative direction from the EIF in all phases."
