Company establishment date
Our company was officially established as an sprl in 2015. Can we list previous work experience of the director and staff in this field as evidence of experience? It would be a pity to be prevented from participating because of a date of company established, even if the team has enough experience.

As far as the technical and professional capacity is concerned, the minimum requirement for each lot is provided under section 7.2.2 of Annex 4. This requirement does not imply that the company must have been established 5/3 years ago; Tenderers' operation as freelancers will be considered. That being said, economic operators may also establish a group of economic operators in order to meet this requirement. This answer is valid for all lots, on the basis of the respective minimum requirement.
