Terms of reference, Section 2.2 : entry into force
Pytanie
On page 16 the text says “ The contract shall enter into force on the date on which it is signed by the last contracting party. It is expected to be signed in February 2019”. Since the proposal deadline is 11 March, we assume this is technical mistake. Can you please provide the update for it?

The Article 2.2 of the technical specifications of the call for tender no. shall be 682/PP/GRO/PPA/18/10587, page no. 16 shall be corrected as follows: 2.2 STARTING DATE OF THE CONTRACT AND DURATION OF THE TASKS The contract shall enter into force on the date on which it is signed by the last contracting party. It is expected to be signed in May 2019. The duration of the tasks shall not exceed 36 months. The execution of the tasks may not start before the contract has been signed. The period of execution of the tasks may be extended, only with the written agreement of the contracting parties, before the end of the period originally stated in the contract.
