with reference to page 25 and 26 of the tender specifications point 2.1 and , we would like to ask you a clarification on the lists of the main services in the field of space policy. In particular can we consider: activities carried out in the project management of space projects (e.g. on launchers, navigation, earth observation...) studies on dual-use technologies and technology transfer activities as policy related studies?

The activities and studies carried out would be considered as space policy related, if they are in any way linked to space policy topics and/ or the background information provided on page 9 and 10.
