Can you provide information on the EP’s Audio and video systems in relationship with the expected integration with those systems ?

As explained under "3.7. Technical setup, hosting and integration with existing IT environment" the tenderer should provide the necessary web services and Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) to make integration with the European Parliament's IT systems feasible. A close integration with the European Parliament's audio and video systems is not foreseen in the scope of this contract.
