Extension and modification of the SaaS solution
Pytanie
In Annex VII, section 3.7 it is mentioned that the software solution will be acquired as SaaS. How will the European Parliament envision the modification, further development and extending such Software as a Service platform, as mentioned in the "IP & Licensing issues" section?

The modification, further development and extending of the Software as a Service platform will not be part of this contract. As mentioned in Annex VII, section 5 of the specifications, separate contracts will be concluded for maintenance, support and possible infrastructure/hosting costs as required and/or for further development.
