In view of the specification "All data included in this submission form must concern only the legal entity or entities making the application." Please clarify if this is applicable ONLY to legal entities (meaning the companies and/or consortium of them), and natural individual persons do not have this obligation. In case that applies also to natural persons, I think there is a need to rectify or clarify the information’s requested in the table at the item 5 of this tender submission form.

This is applicable to both natural and legal entity. Please note that the natural person is also an entity in accordance with the legal provisions of her/his registration country.
