Clarification of the Budgets for Phase 1 and Phase 2
As per our understanding, based on our solution provided as part of the response to CFT, Phase 1 is more looked upon as the validation of the solution ( 40 Mandays) and Phase 2 (100000) is more customisation of a software package which would be more provided as part of the solution. Has the CA considered the cost of SW package as seperate budget or is the same included in the overall specified budget of Euro 400000. The software would have broader capability and could be recovered over broader deployments.

The SW package has to be provided within the Stage II. The estimated Budget of Stage II (EUR 100 000) includes the cost of SW package. The following stages will include maintenance and further development of the SW.
