Selection criteria - means of proof of technical and professional capacity
Pytanie
Dear Sirs, Regarding the requirement mentioned under Point 2.3.2.3 (evidence to be provided for selection criteria). We understand that copies of University degrees, diplomas or certificates need to be provided as proof for the experts we intend to use. Could you please confirm you are not expecting any other documentation, such as employers’ certificates, to prove the work experience of the experts ? Thank you very much.

Your interpretation is correct, the documentation requested shall proof the educational and professional qualifications of the persons who will provide the service for this tender. As stated in section 2.3.2.3 of the tender specifications, “CVs shall include his or her educational background, degrees and diplomas, professional experience, research work, publications and linguistic skills and should be accompanied by photocopies of the university degrees, diplomas or certificates“. Employers’ certificates are not requested.
