Is there a possibility that the contractor will have to provide services post-termination and therefore give rise to cost that will not be reimbursed?

The contractor shall not be requested to provide services after the termination of the framework contract or a specific contract. However, information and justificative pieces may be required if need be for audits or to check eligibility of costs.
