Could you please confirm that the Ratio of the final ortho resolution to the GSD should be < 1:1 (Table 4 - VHR image requirements for the CAP checks in EN-8.3.1 Annex I Tender specifications Part 2- Technical specs_CORRIGENDUM_12-08-2016)?

The ratio in the Table 4 (ortho : GSD) shall be ≤ 1. This means that the output ortho resolution shall not be bigger than the delivered GSD.
