Please can you clarify what is meant by ‘full-time members of the expert team’. Does this mean you expect these team member to be a) assigned full-time to the project, i.e. 24 months’ input for each of the 4 experts, or (b) available for the full two-year duration of the project, and part of the core delivery team (but not necessarily working full-time on the project).

We would like to clarify that your provided interpretation b) of "full-time" is acceptable: "available for the full two-year duration of the project, and part of the core delivery team (but not necessarily working full-time on the project)."
