Financial proposal
We noticed that the template only details the additional tasks (described in italics in your terms of reference) while each of the four modules is foreseen as one unique figure. Are we allowed though, in addition to completing the financial proposal form) to propose a detailed budget for each of the four modules, for transparency purposes ?

Please note that the requirement is to indicate an overall cost/budget for each of the modules and we do not require a detailed list of costs for the services under the four modules. However, if you wish to submit a detailed budget you may do so but please note that this will not be considered in the evaluation of the tenders.
