Selection Criterion B.1 – Experience of Core Team Members
Reference is made to Section 3.6.B – Criterion B.1 of the Tender Specifications. Both the contract manager and the project managers are required to have "at least one project of a large EU coverage (min 15 EU MS)". We understand that this condition can be satisfied by projects covering a minimum of 15 EU MS with any type of fact finding work (e.g. telephone interviews with representatives of health institutions, targeted surveys of national authorities through questionnaires made available via dedicated portals, interactions with members of health-related advisory bodies via email) and not necessarily involving in situ visits. Are we correct?

Yes, it can be any type of fact finding work that covers at least 15 member states.
