Q1: Please clarify which type of documents should be provided. The section asks for documents and full reference to previous procedure. Which documents? Which procedure? Q2: Which section (2 or 3) of the offer should this part of Annex 7 should be included.

Q1: See page 35 of the tender specifications. Tenderers are required to provide the evidence specified at items 4.4.3 a and 4.4.3 b in the offer. This requirement applies to each member of the group in case of joint tender and to subcontractors whose capacity is necessary to fulfil the selection criteria.
