Criterion 1.1.
Questão
We interpret this criterion as requiring at least three projects which produced statistical figures from big data using appropriate data science methods. They do not need to have produced official statistics or figures resembling official statistics. For example, in projects for producers of mobile phones, we analyse big data sets in order to estimate statistical models that compute in real time the probability that a phone call will be dropped or in order to study the factors that affect battery life. These are statistical projects and would be eligible. Is this interpretation correct?
