Please could you confirm if a guarantee for pre-financing is required for this service, if awarded?

Under point 2.4 of the tender specifications, the Contractor may be required to provide a guarantee for pre-financing of 30% of the amount specified under I.4.1 of the contract, in compliance with article II.21.5 of the draft contract.Please note that a guarantee for pre-financing may be required. This will be analysed on a case-by-case basis following the verification of the economic and financial capacity and cannot be confirmed at this stage.
