Point 3. Tender specifications: This tender procedure will be taking place in two stages. 1. The selection stage, candidates complying with the access to procurement, exclusion and selection criteria will be selected. 2. The tender stage, for selected candidates to be invited to submit a tender. The technical specifications will only be provided to selected candidates at the second stage.
