Copy to prove company's legal name, VAT number, registration number.
In tender specifications it is mentioned: "b) In case of legal persons: copy of some official document showing the name of the legal entity, the registration address, the VAT number and the registration number given by the national authorities"; from this I assume that a photocopy of those original papers is sufficient. Please confirm.
