Are EU funded project (H2020) also considered in the above 1 million projets ?

Dear Madam/Sir, In the tender specification document, with regards to B1 - Project manager, it is specified: "at least 5 years of experience in project management, including overseeing project delivery, quality control of delivered service, client orientation and conflict resolution experience in projects of a similar size (at least EUR 1,000,000) and coverage (at least 10 countries covered), with experience in management of team of at least 5 people and with knowledge of EU data protection framework." This is one of the technical and professional capacity criteria and evidence to be compliant with, related to the team delivering the service, to be CV consistent evidenced. There are no further restrictions to typologies of projects except those in the tender specifications. Many thanks, best regards.
