5. Meetings
The amount of Operation Meetings has been specified for Phase 1 (WPK2 and WPK3). It is however not clear whether the same amount of Operation Meetings is also requested for Phase 2. Could you confirm that the same amount of Operation Meetings is also needed in Phase 2 ?

The Operation Meetings are not specified for Phase 2, i.e. they are not foreseen. In case they should be needed and deemed useful, this would be subject to mutual agreement between the contracting authority and the contractor in the specific contracts being issued for Phase 2.
