Questão
“If the tenderer relies on the capacities of other entities (e.g. a parent company), a written undertaking on the part of those entities confirming that they will place the resources necessary for performance of the contract at the disposal of the tenderer for the period of the contract may be requested by the Agency.” Can you confirm that the so-called ‘403-verklaring’ as filed with the Chamber of Commerce will be accepted as evidence?

The 403-verklaring as filed with the Chamber of Commerce (KvK) is not accepted as evidence. The tender shall submit a written (hand signed) undertaking on the part of those entities confirming that they will place the resources necessary for performance of the contract at the disposal of the tenderer for the period of the contract may be requested by the Agency.
