Annex 2 - Letter of Submission of Tender: Person authorized to sign the contract on behalf of the tenderer
In Annex 2 - Letter of Submission of Tender it is asked to fill the name of the "Person authorized to sign the contract on behalf of the tenderer". Does this person have to be an authorized representative of the company? In our company, partners have the authorization to sign contracts, allthough they do not have the authorization to represent the company juridically.

The Annex 2 - last page - must be signed by a person authorized to make binding offers to third parties. It can indeed be a different person than the one authorized to represent the company juridically or to sign contracts. A legible copy of the appointment of this/these person(s) must be added.
