We understand that if the economic operator is a Consortium, then we should complete the registration number of the company participating in this tendering procedure. Please confirm our understanding or clarify further.

We confirm your understanding. The main registration number of the economic operator who signed the contract with the client is the registration number of the participating company of the joint tender (consortium) to which the relating reference letter is addressed.
