Pre-financing guarantee
We note that there is the provision in the contract for pre-financing, with the requirement for a pre-financing guarantee. We normally expect to see a copy of the proposed draft for this pre-financing guarantee (bond). This was not included in the tender documents we received. Please can you send this?
