Who would be responsible for maintaining the clientside applications of the reference system after the delivery is completed?

For the agreed maintenance period, the contractor has to manage and provide maintenance for the Reference System, including client side applications. This includes upgrades of specific modules due to security vulnerabilities. (Req-67).
