"The evidence must be provided only on request".
The sentence "The evidence must be provided only on request" (4.2.3, 4.2.4 A , 4.2.4 B) can be interpreted in various ways. In order to avoid any confusion, could you please confirm whether the requested evidences must or must not be provided AT THE TIME OF OFFER. This concerns the following evidences: - copy of profit and loss - evidence A1 (references) - evidence A2 - evidence A4 - CV's of the team - language certificates

We confirm that the evidences concerning exclusion and selection criteria (4.1 and 4.2) don´t have to be provided in the tender. The evidences will be required from the successful tenderer. However as mentioned under point 4.2.1 of the tender specification, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to require the evidence at any time during the procurement procedure and contract performance.
