Can the data generated in the experimental phase be published in peer-reviewed scientific journals?

The data generated in the experimental phase of the project can be published in peer-reviewed scientific journals. However, it must be kept in mind that the data will have to be made also available as part of the report under the contract and the Commission makes these reports publically available on its website shortly after the acceptance of the report.
