If a company is selected and asked to provide an offer on a specific event, can additional experts, who were not on the original tender, be added at a later date, if required?

Additional experts can be added to the team at a later date, if required. However, the experts must also satisfy the minimum requirements in terms of education and experience. In other words, the selection criteria (section 2.3 of the tender specifications) remain applicable throughout the whole performance of the contract.
